Meet Sabelo Bhuqa

Sabelo was born and bred in a small village in Umzimkhulu called E40. Completed his secondary education levels at Sonyongwane High in 2003 with four distinctions and obtained his Dip in mechanical engineering at university of Mangosuthu in 2009. He has a corporate experience from Transnet. He obtained a maritime qualification in Thailand, back in South Africa he became the first black class 3 marine engineer, then resigned at TRANSNET after long salary negotiations and then joined and became part of developing AMSOL (African Marine Solutions) as SMIT AMANDLA MARINE

He defined himself as a multi-lingual person as he speaks six South African official languages which are IsiXhosa, IsiZulu, Sesotho, Setswana, Sepedi and, the common language, English. Sabelo is also an athlete, he has been involved in different marathons including the Durban City Marathon. He defines
himself as “TEAM HEALTHY LIVING” and a fitness fanatic.

He was retrenched from his previous employment and decided to establish his own company called
40NMZ SERVICES GROUP PTY LTD which is a group of companies that provide transport services to
individuals, companies and funeral parlours. Its main focus is on full funeral service supplies and
car rentals. 40NMZ SERVICES GROUP is currently working with different funeral parlours including the
biggest black owned funeral service company in South Africa known as ICEBOLETHU.

Sabelo also does some youth empowerment programs in his hometown as he sponsor some students with university registrations, career guidance and development under FUTT (FillUpTheTrolley) which is meant to collect donation from the community and supply the sanitarytowels to you girls around his community.
